From purchasing your first home to refinancing an investment property to obtain cash out, it is extremely important in the loan process that you are prepared ahead of time, to ensure a quick and easy closing.
Whether you are self employed or salaried, you will need to have a standarized checklist of documents ready to fax to us before loan submission. Please be prepared.

Checklist
 
For Salaried Borrowers
 
1. Last 2 years W2s
2. 30 days most recent paystubs
3. 2 months most recent bank statements
4. Copy of Drivers License
5. Quarterly or most recent asset statement - 401K, IRA, Stocks, Bonds, etc
 
For Self-Employed Borrowers
 
1. Last 2 years Tax Returns
2. Year To Date Profit and Loss Statement
3. 2 months most recent bank statements
4. Copy of Drivers License
5. Quarterly or most recent asset statement - 401K, IRA, Stocks, Bonds, etc
 
 
For All Purchases, will also need a fully executed purchase contract signed by all parties
For All Refinances, will need a copy of your original mortgage note
 
 
**Please note, in some instances, some of the above can be waived prior to submission if your credit score is above a 720
